Benzhou Vehical Industry Group is a intergrated company with design, research, production and distribution of motorcycles/scooters. We offer one of the best quality and service in the field. Organization of Group:Frame factory: Factory produces frame and accessories. We have 15 technical operators, specializing in design and development of frames, and more than 100 workers. From purchase of material, pressing of frame parts, frame joining, semi-manufactured goods testing and finished products distribution, we check on every working procedure strictly, ensuring that each frame achieves excellent quality.(More..) Cable factory: There are 40 workers in the factory producing wiring harness and cables. By scientific process and strict management of quality, every wiring harness must reach the criterion, ensuring the electic parts of units function steady.(More..) Plastic parts and Lamps factory: There are over 45 workers in the factory which produce plastic parts and lamps of each model of the vehicle. In order to ensure products with excellent quality, we use only the high grade material for machining and production.(More..) The Painting factory: There are over 120 workers in the factory which is used for the plastic painting. The factory chooses only the best material and use the best industrial method of painting and baking for four times which make our plastic parts strong and the appearance in par with the top vehicle companies worldwide. The Engine factory: We can produce the engine ranging from the 50cc to 250cc in the engine factory, which has over 120 workers. In order to ensure the quality of the engine within the required standards, we control the quality of the parts of the engine entering into our factory, warehousing and the production process to the finished products .(More..) The Assembly factory: We have two assembly factories with four assembly lines and 280 workers where they check the parts of the vehicles, assemble them into the complete vehicles, test the speed & other factors and then give them a suitable package for exporting.(More..)
